This help is applicable to all lists. The field names are different but the fuctions are the same.

Navigation

You can navigate the list using several methods:

Column

By clicking on a column like Date (the default sort descending) you can toggle it to be the sort column and whether it is ascending or descending. 

Search

There is a Search box on the upper part of the screen. Type any words in a message title and hit the magnifying glass icon or Return.

Filter Columns

If you click the Filter Options button, a drop down will appear. You can then filter your list by any of the columns presented. Click on a column to choose how to filter. The results will query only that filter option. Click Clear to go back to the default search of by date descending. 

Order Columns

You can also order the list by all of the fields in the table, either ascending or descending. To return to the default, simply click Sort By at the top of the drop down.

Number of Results

At the top right there is a drop down that lets you choose how many rows per screen you want to see. 

Results Pages

At the bottom of each page will be links to take you to the next page of results. You can click to any page you want. The bottom also tells you how many rows are in your list. 

Editing

Edit

By clicking on the Title, you enter the individual editing screen for that record. 

Actions

Selecting

Click on the box to the left of an item. It becomes selected and you can now take action by clicking the drop down called Actions. You can click on any number of items on the screen. Here you can delete or archive. You can also act on all selected items using the Batch method. This method allows you to change various fields for all selected items. You can also change the access level. 

Display Columns

To change the columns displayed, 9/9 Columns button on the upper right. This way you can select what columns you want to see on the screen and hide others. You can always go back and reselect one you have chosen to hide.
